Cancel an Order

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
1.) Go to your internet browser and type dashboard.cenports.com
2.) Type in the User email address and password. Once you enter email address and password, click Sign in
3.) Once on the main Cenports Dashboard page, select Sales Order.
4.) Once you scroll down under Sales Order page, click a PO number and on the right side, click “Reject”.
5.) After you click “Reject”, another Window will show up. Select under cancellation the reason for canceling orders and you may add notes about the order.
